Student Hall accommodation
We have pre-booked a number of rooms in University Student halls.
- Ensuite accommodation is provided at Lambert Hall. These rooms offer single bedded rooms with ensuite shower/toilet, private telephone and tea/coffee making facilities. Shared lounge/kitchens with TVs and iron/ironing board are also available to guests.

- Standard (non-ensuite) accommodation is provided at Chandos Hall. These rooms offer single bedded rooms with wahbasin, private telephone and shared bathrooms on the basis of 1:4. Shared lounge/kitchens with TVs, tea/coffee making facilities and iron/ironing board are also available to guests.
Rooms are available on a first-come/first-serve basis
- from the night of Monday, 28th of August
- to the night of Friday, 2nd of September
The accommodation fees include breakfast and are
- £36 per night for an en-suite room
- £26 per night for a standard room.

Check in/check out procedures
- Check in/check out is at Chandos Hall Reception for all delegates.
- Delegates can check into their accommodation from 2:00pm onwards and check-out on the final morning by 9:30pm. On arrival, delegates will be allocated a bedroom and issued with their key/swipe card.
Breakfast
Breakfast will be served at Barnes Wallis Building from 7:30 to 9:00am. A choice of either full English or Continental is available.
Location
Lambert Hall and Chandos Hall are marked as Number 33 and 6 on the University's accommodation map. Barnes Wallis Building is marked as B on the map.
Both halls are close to Piccadilly station and the city centre. To the School of Computer Science it is 10-15 minutes walk. The School of Computer Science is marked as K on the map.

We have arranged special, discounted rates at the Days Hotel. They are marked as 7 on the University's accommodation map.
When booking, please ask for the academic rate and quote "RelMiCS".
We generally advise delegates to book their hotel accommodation early.

- At the moment the rates would be £60 per night (including breakfast and VAT) but the usual rate is £79. The prices change depending onavailability and could probably go up to £150 for the Saturday night as there is a football match on that date. Advice is to book as early as possible!
- To the School of Computer Science it is a 15 minute ride by bus on the most busy bus route in Manchester.
