Get SignalP prediction for a given protein.

Description:

Retrieve the SignalP prediction, i.e., whether it's predicted to be secretory or non-secretory, for a given protein.


Runtime:

Can take about 1-2 minutes to complete.

Output:

Description
Returns the result of the SignalP prediction for each protein along with the associated Sprob. Furthermore, the identifier of the MCL and OrthoMCL clusters in which the protein has been placed, if any, are also provided.

Wolf-PSort Prediction Sub-cellular localisation as predicted by Wolf-PSort.
MCL Cluster ID Identifier of the MCL cluster the protein has been placed in, if any
OrthoMCL Cluster ID Identifier of the OrthoMCL cluster the protein has been placed in, if any
