Get the number of paralogs for all MCL clusters containing proteins of a given genome.

Description:

For all MCL clusters containing proteins of a given genome the number of paralogs in the cluster are calculated.


Runtime:

Can take about 2-3 minutes to complete.


Input:

Details
Genome Name of the genome of interest; to retrieve a list of genomes from the database, the button "Existing Values..." can be used.

Output:

Description
For each number n of genomes in a cluster with n = 1,..,27 the number of cluster with that number of genomes are calculated as well as the relative frequency.
Details
Cluster ID Identifier of the cluster
Genome Genome provided as input
# Proteins Number or proteins in the cluster
# Paralogs Number of paralogs in the cluster for the input genome
# Genomes Number of genomes in the cluster
Navigation Links that enable the retrieval of the genomes with proteins in the cluster as well as the proteins in the cluster. Furthermore, the query Mcl Cluster analysis - Get the number of proteins for each genome in a given MCL cluster. can be executed which will take the chosen cluster as input.
