Description:

Retrieves all proteins of a given genome that are part of the same pathway as a given protein. The given protein can be from a different genome as the genome provided as input. If no genome is provided, all proteins involved in that particular pathway are retrieved. Please be patient, as this can increase the response time of the query considerably.

Runtime:

Can take about 1-2 minutes to retrieve all proteins of a given genomes that are part of the same pathway as the given protein. It can take about 2-3 minutes to retrieve all proteins if no genome is specified.

Genome	Name of the genome of interest. A list of all avaible genomes can be retrieved using the "Existing values..." feature.
Protein ID	Name, identifier or symbol of a protein.

Protein ID	Identifier of the protein.
Symbol	Symbol of the protein.
Genome	Genome the protein belongs to.
Pathway ID	Identifier of the pathway.
Pathway Name	Name of the pathway.
MCL Cluster ID	Identifier of the MCL cluster the protein has been placed in, if any.
OrthoMCL Cluster ID	Identifier of the OrthoMCL cluster the protein has been placed in, if any.
Protein Sequence	Sequence of the protein.
