Get proteins of a given genome with a given cellular localisation as predicted by PSort.

Description:

Retrieves all proteins of a given genome with a given sub-cellular localisation as predicted by PSort.


Runtime:

Can take about 1-2 minutes to retrieve the proteins of a given genome with the given sub-cellular localisation.


Input:

Details
Genome Name of the genome of interest. A list of all avaible genomes can be retrieved using the "Existing values..." feature.
PSort prediction Name of the PSort sub-cellular localisation of interest. A list of all avaible localisations can be retrieved using the "Existing values..." feature.

Output:

Description
PSort and Wolf-PSort predictions for protein with the sub-cellular localisation of interest, including the scores associated with each prediction. Furthermore, the sequence of the protein is returned as well as the identifier of the MCL and OrthoMCL clusters it can be found, if it has been placed into a cluster.
Details
Protein ID Identifier of the protein.
Genome Genome the protein belongs to.
PSort Prediction Sub-cellular localisation of the protein as predicted by PSort.
k Score k associated with the PSort prediction.
Wolf-PSort Prediction Sub-cellular localisation as predicted by Wolf-PSort.
Score Score associated with the Wolf-PSort prediction.
Pfam Annotation List of Pfam A annotations of the protein.
SignalP Prediction SignalP prediction for the protein.
MCL Cluster ID Identifier of the MCL cluster the protein has been placed in, if any.
OrthoMCL Cluster ID Identifier of the OrthoMCL cluster the protein has been placed in, if any.
Protein Sequence Sequence of the protein.
