Example Web form

This is a simple example form to demonstrate the use of a servlet. It calls the servlet Simple.java , and the machine named in the post action must be running a servletrunner on a directory containing the resulting classfile for it to work. For an identical form which uses the same servlet running under tomcat (via www2) use this instead.
