Student marks for a piece of work may be followed by a number of different letter suffixes. The meaning of these are:

Estimated Grade (E)

The piece of work is expected but has not yet been submitted/given in. The estimate is 70% for early exercises or based on the students performance in previous exercises.

Demonstration Reqired (D)

The student has submitted some work via the submit command but has not yet taken the action needed to get it marked.

Marking Required (H)

The student has handed in a piece of work. However, this piece of work has not yet been marked. No action is reqired by the student.
