Application Procedure for New Non-School Funded Students

Before we can undertake the demonstrator allocation, you need to formally apply to the School.

We already have most of the information already needed for this: from your PhD application forms. In order to make this process as easy possible we have made copies of the information.

  1. During your registration, collect the University Job Application Form, together with the copy of your PhD application form.
  2. Fill in the Personal Details section on the front cover on the Job Application Form, in particular your name and address.
  3. Ensure that the copy of your PhD application form is firmly attached and that this information is correct (e.g. check that it is your form!).
  4. Sign and date the Job Application Form
  5. Return the Job Application Form immediately at Registration, or to the Student Resource Centre (Room LF21) as soon as you can.
