In fact, he doesn't even use a word processor (maybe he uses a typewriter) so these addresses are somewhat spoof. Indeed, you should have been able to spot that by thinking about what those addresses could have actually indicated. The Internet only spans the globe - it doesn't yet reach the moon, and alternate realities are somewhat beyond the scope of its designers...

If you want to contact DE, then write c/o his publishers. The address should be printed inside the book somewhere (probably in that bit which you always skip past on your way to the prologue...)
