I finished my M.Sc. in Advanced Computer Science in the University of Manchester in 2003. My M.Sc. project was under the supervision of Professor Carole Goble. It was about semantically annotating and linking e-Science provenance logs. An open hypermedia annotation and linking tool --- Conceptual Open Hypermedia Service Environment (COHSE) was used in this project. A workshop paper named Annotating, linking and browsing provenance logs for e-Science. was published in ISWC 2003.
