Dr. Yeliz Yesilada

I am a lecturer at the Middle East Technical University Northern Cyprus Campus (METU NCC) in the Computer Engineering programme and an Honorary Research Fellow in the School of Computer Science at the University of Manchester .

I received my B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Eastern Mediterranean University in 1999, with a high honour degree and my M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Manchester, in 2000, with distinction. I have also completed my Ph.D. in 2005 which was supervised by Dr. Robert Stevens and Prof. Carole Goble.

My primary research interest is centred around the Human Centred Web; in particular Web accessibility, the mobile Web and using Semantic Web technologies to improve user experience. For further information, please refer to my research page.
