The LICSB Workshops

From March to September 2007, Neil Lawrence, Mark Girolami, Magnus Rattray and Guido Sanguinetti organized a thematic programme on "Learning and Inference in Computational Systems Biology".

• Practical Inference Methods for Mechanistic Systems Modelling, September 18-19 2007, Glasgow, U.K.
• Probabilistic Modelling of Networks and Pathways, September 4-5 2007, Sheffield, U.K.

These workshops gave birth to an annual series of workshops, now in its fourth year, that follow in the format of the first workshop, collocating with MASAMB. The steering committee for these workshops is listed here.
