On the Implementation of Catalysis Frameworks in COM

Abstract:
Frameworks  are increasingly recognised as very useful components in
the emerging paradigm of component-based software development
(CBD). They are widely accepted as better units of reuse than objects.
In the leading industrial CBD methodology Catalysis, for instance,
frameworks are fundamental units of reuse. In this paper, we discuss
the implementation of Catalysis frameworks in COM.
