	sloppy focus at will without need for restart.

fvwm2rc.menus.m4:
	New preferences sub-menu to choose focus type. With two support
	functions.

AnotherLevel/scripts/XclockChoice:
	Enables user choice of X Clocks.

AnotherLevel/toggle-functions:
	Added code for clock on and off.

Bug fix: Xresources/Xresources-emacs:
	emacs*font changed from fixed to PROXY=XTerm.vt100.font

	suffix of another: was getting BOTH values!

bin/xresources:
	allow .fvwm2dir/link_user_Xresources if user wants to plug in own X
	resources *AFTER* ALU has loaded its (instead of only before).

AnotherLevel/fvwm2rc.decors.m4:
	We now compute the geometry for the button panel positions rather than
	have them hard coded. :-)

AnotherLevel/fvwm2rc.defines.m4:
	Maintains NEXTTOPSCREENPOSITION for items along the top of the screen.
