The original .cel files we used for our simulations are from the ArrayExpress. We also have the PUMA and MAS5 processed data. MAS5 data are extracted from Martino Barenco's rHVDM R package. MAS5 itself does not provide the standard deviation of the measurement but Barenco provided them using their analysis tool in their package.
