The Eddings Vote Page

Welcome! Currently, these are all the DE-related votes that I'm running (there's no deadline), so you can either go along and vote, or find out what previous voters have voted for. Please note that you may vote as many times as you like, but only the last vote is used (the software forgets all previous votes, which only remain in my system logs).

Should you wish to find out what you have voted for in a particular vote, mail me and I'll dig the info out of the voting system database.

Please note that some older versions of the WWW browser Lynx seem to be broken in their forms support in that they displays hidden fields. This has been fixed in more recent releases.

For the best effects I recommend Netscape which seems to handle everything well enough (it is the browser that I use to test these pages while they are under construction)

Also note that in order to vote, you must give your email address in a form such that it is suitable for email over internet, and not in a form that your ISP uses internally (CompuServe users in particular spring rapidly to mind here)

At the moment there are no votes running.
This is because the machine that hosted that part of my website has apparently "gone south" and I've not got a replacement solution that I'm happy with yet. You can still read the results of the votes, but it looks like it may be some time before I can get the participative part of the site up again 'cos it's going to take work (cue mysterious but curiously cheesy chords!)
