About me
I am a PhD student in the School of Computer Science here at the University of Manchester. My studies are in the area of hybrid systems (see My Research). Before starting this PhD, I studied for an MSc in Mathematics and Computational Science at Manchester, and before that, my undergraduate course was in Mathematics at Oxford University.
I have always been interested in mathematics, and in particular I love proving things to be correct. My other love is differential equations, since they are an amazing way of describing how the real-world evolves. These two passions combine to give the topic of my thesis.
Outside of mathematics, my main interest is music. I sing, and play the oboe, flute, piano and guitar (to different standards).
