Broadcast in the first of the 1995 series of the heritage programme. Neil
returns to the boarding school he attended from 1970 as an 11 year old thanks
to a scheme run by the ILEA. Woolverstone
Hall was a stately home in Suffolk -- its here that he acted in his first
plays. Neil says that "They took boys from Labour-voting homes in traditional
Tory setting, gave them a liberal education and turned out anarchists"
