*************************************************************** RESURRECTION IN ASCII FORMAT Files in the ASCII directory are zipped versions of the plain ASCII form of "Resurrection", the bulletin of the Computer Conservation Society. The numeric part of the filename indicates the Issue Number of the bulletin. Remember to use binary mode to download. The ASCII text is paginated using an FF (hex 0C) character at the end of each page, and with 12 leading spaces on each line. It should print directly on a printer with at least 80 columns and 66 lines. We apologise for the apparently arbitrary number of lines of text per page. This has been done so that the pagination adheres closely (though not exactly) with the typeset version of the bulletin, as well as the Word for Windows version. If an issue contained diagrams or figures, these will be included in the zip as separate .GIFs, for the user to paste in to the text by whatever means s/he has available. There is also a .GIF of the frontcover common to all issues. IMPORTANT NOTICE "Resurrection" is copyright of the Computer Conservation Society, and may not be re-published nor offered for sale in whole or in part without permission of the editor. Fair quoting is permitted provided acknowlegement of the source is included. CPB 2 November 1995 **************************************************************
