Hi, I was a PhD student in the MLO group at The University of Manchester. My supervisors was Magnus Rattray and my research was focused on analysing RNA-seq data, estimating transcript abundance and calling differentially expressed transcripts. All the effort resulted in some publications and BitSeq.

I've moved to a place where I write more code and enjoy more sunshine.
